Plantar Fasciatis More Condition_symptoms Anyone Out There Have Plantar Fasciatis And Had Surgery?

Anyone out there have Plantar fasciatis and had surgery? - plantar fasciatis more condition_symptoms

I had this condition for almost 4 years. He began to walk 5 miles a day on the program. I do not think that the track properly. I was put on steroids for 3 years, how difficult it was. I have not exercised for a long time. My feet still hurt. I am with the surgery to 6.13 and I'm wondering if anyone else out there had been operated on was and can tell me if they do well and can work out again?

I had exactly the thing and I have my softball
I thought the bad brackets
But sorry to say, but it is very painful and after a long convalescence is usually 6 months, but my only took 3 because I'm young and my foot healed quicker than others
and if you have a job, a lot of walking
that a few weeks could take advantage of
I'm sorry, that sounds terrible
but the results are in

but also because I'm young, I could not play softball this year, but next season I May will return t
but once you get your foot is the improvement and enlargement, and stsrt
Find and shoes, which are conveniently located by walking, I am sure that you are likely to resume racing
GOOD LUCK

I had the same problem in 2 years ..... Then discovered Noni Juice ... No kidding .... I would be 1 oz 3 times a day for pain .... is to relieve pain due to inflammation. I also have "soft" exercises for my foot. After about 9-12 months, it took some time to heal, because I am a nurse and I was hard on my feet, sometimes 12 hour shifts ... not cure it, and I am now free of that pain. Noni use (good for digestion and other pains as well) on-line purchases.
